Delivery Policy

a)   General Information

All items you purchased in Mind Edge e-commerce website are currently available at the time of publication.

In the event that you order a product that is out of stock due to overwhelming demand , a notification message will pop out and you will not be able to check out the product in your shopping cart.

(b)  Delivery time

Please take note that delivery times are just estimates and it starts from the date of shipping and not, the date of order. For both local and international shipping, the cut off time is 11.30am daily.

Other important factors such as location, method of delivery and items ordered may affect the delivery of your items.

Listed below are the estimated delivery dates for your reference:

Singapore (Local Delivery)

Express: 1 – 2 working days

Priority: 3 – 5  working days

Standard: 4 – 6 working days

International

Express: 1 – 2 weeks

Priority: 3 – 5 weeks

Standard: 6 – 8 weeks

(c)   Refunds and Exchanges

 

Our No Refund Policy applies to any programme enrolments for students, parents and professionals. This includes programmes such as FUNtastic® Achievers Programme, High Performance Academy Series and e-learning courses for both children and adults. In particular, e-learning subscription and workshop tickets are non-refundable unless specifically identified otherwise on the respective sales pages.

We do not accept returns of the items you purchased. Exchanges may be applicable in cases of damaged items in transport or defective products. In the event that you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at e-commerce@mindedge.com.sg with the details of the products and the issues.  Our exchange policy is valid up to 7 days from the date the products were received by the client unless specifically differentiated in the respective sales page for the product your purchased.

Please note that every effort has been taken to ensure high quality of the recording. Nonetheless, as all the talks were recorded live, there are investable imperfections. We cannot accept refunds on the basis of the quality of the recording unless it can be shown to be inaudible.
